If your domain is with another registrar, please refer to their documentation for management instructions.

Viewing Your Domain Information

To access essential details about your domain, such as payment and registration dates, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal. If you’re unsure of how to log in to the client portal please follow this article.
  2. Navigate to My Domains: In the menu bar, select Domains
  3. Select the domain you wish to manage.

  4. The selected domains dashboard will appear. The Manage sidebar lists management actions you can do for the domain.

Changing the Name Servers for Your Domain

Name servers are critical in directing where your domain points. Here’s how to change them:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal. If you’re unsure of how to log in to the client portal please follow this article.
  2. Navigate to My Domains: On the menu bar, select Domains
  3. Select the domain you wish to manage.
  4. In the left-hand menu select Nameservers.
  5. To use default name servers, select Use default nameservers.
  6. To use custom name servers, select Use custom nameservers and enter the desired nameservers.
    *Using custom name servers disables DNS management through the Conor Bradley – Digital Agency Client Portal.
  7. Select Change Nameservers to save changes.
    *DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate fully.

Changing the Auto Renewal Status for Your Domain

  2. Navigate to My Domains: On the menu bar, select Domains
  3. Select the domain you wish to manage.
  4. In the left-hand menu select Auto Renew.
  5. Select the Blue toggle to toggle your auto-renewal status. If you wish to auto-renew the toggle should say “on”.
