1. Log in to cPanel.

2. In the search bar type, directory privacy then click it.
3. Find the directory you wish to protect.
4. Click Edit.
5. Click the password protect this directory checkbox.
6. Enter a name for the protected directory.
7. Click Save.
8. Click Go Back
   Now you have password-protected the directory. We will need to create a user.
9. Type a username in the username field.
10. Type a password in the new password feild.
11. Type the same password in the confirm password field.
12. Click Save.
