How To Upgrade Your Hosting Package
To upgrade a shared hosting package, all you need to do is open a Sales ticket on the Clients Portal. The link to open a ticket is https://conorbradley.co.uk/billing/supporttickets.php Please make sure you tell us what you would like upgraded to and the billing cycle (E.g, monthly, annually, etc.).
You can also do it by doing the following:
- Click services > My Services
- select the service you’re wanting to upgrade
- on the left-hand menu click upgrade/downgrade
- select the option you’re wanting to upgrade too
