To cancel a product or service, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Client Portal. Not sure how Click Here

1. Click Services and then click My Services

1. Click the required service

 

1. Click Request Cancellation on the left sidebar

1. In the empty text box touch on why you're cancelling. This helps us improve our services in the future
2. If you don't want to renew your domain name again, Tick the box.
3. In the drop-down menu for cancellation type. Select when you would like to cancel
4. Click Request Cancellation.
