How to disable WordPress plugins

Disabling individual plugins

  1. Log in to WordPress as the administrator.
  2. In the left-hand pane, click Plugins.
  3. Locate the plugin you want to disable, and then click Deactivate.
    To re-enable the plugin, click Activate.

Disabling all plugins

  1. Log in to WordPress as the administrator.
  2. In the left-hand pane, click Plugins.
  3. Click the unchecked box to the left of the plugin column.
  4. In the bulk actions, click deactivate from the dropdown.
  5. Press apply.
    All your plugins have been disabled.
