A Knowledge Base (“KB”) is a collection of articles, guides, and tutorials that have been written about common problems clients may face.
To navigate the knowledge base you can search your problem and you’ll retrieve articles based on what you have searched. After clicking on an article you’re able to search for another query or use the sidebar for similar questions if your problem isn’t solved.
After clicking on the article you’ll find the following:
An article relating to what you’ve searched and clicked on.
Table of Contents: lists the main sections of an article. You can click a section heading to jump to that section.
