Using PhpMyAdmin To Determine MySQL Database Size

Are you wanting to see the file sizes of your MySQL databases and tables. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your hosting providers cPanel.
    phpmyadmin c-panel search
  2. Search for PHP which PHPMyAdmin will appear and click on it. You can also scroll down until you find it however we find using the search function saves time.
  3. On the left side click the database you’re wanting to check.phpmyadmin database sizes
  4. On the right section you’ll see the size column which displays your sides.
    Arrow 1 = Size of individual table
    Arrow 2 = Sizes of all tables combined which is located at the bottom of the page.
