How To View And Open Support Tickets

To open a ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal. If you are unsure on how to log in to the Customer Portal, please see this article.
  2. On the menu bar, click Support then Open Ticket:

  1. Select the type of ticket you want to open:
    • If you have an issue relating sales, click Sales.
    • If you have a technical issue, click Technical Support
    • If you have any other enquires click General Enquires

VIEWING YOUR TICKET HISTORY

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal. If you are unsure on how to log in to the Customer Portal, please see this article.
  2. On the menu bar, click Support, and then click Tickets

  1. If you have posted any previous tickets they will appear here. You can also submit a ticket by clicking the button.
