Account Activation

When you order a product or service from Conor Bradley – Digital Agency your account will be activated after we’ve received a successful payment. For products like hosting and domain names, your account will be set up automatically. However with SEO products like Instagram marketing you may need to wait for up to 24 hours as this is a manual service and we will need to contact you to receive information for the required account.

Even though our hosting accounts get set up straight away your DNS propagation may take up to 48 hours for your domain to link to our servers. However, you can still access your site via the IP we send you in the account information email.

Billing Cycles

When you are at the checkout you will be able to select a billing cycle. You’ll be able to choose from being billed monthly, semi-annual, or yearly. We offer discounts when you pay in advance.

Vouchers

Vouchers are only valid for the first billing cycle. As we have priced our services competitively. Your money costs will go to software licensing costs, server maintenance, and the support system.
