How To View And Open Support Tickets
To open a ticket, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Customer Portal. If you are unsure of how to log in to the Customer Portal, please see this article.
- On the menu bar, click Support then
- submit Ticket
- Select the type of ticket you want to open:
- If you have an issue relating to sales, click .
- If you have a technical issue, click Technical Support
- If you have any other enquires click General Inquiries
Viewing Your Current And Previous Tickets

- On the menu bar, click , and then click
- If you have posted any previous tickets they will appear here. You can also submit a ticket by clicking the button.
