HOW TO ENABLE IT THROUGH YOUR CLIENT BASE

1. Log in to the Client Portal.
2. In the menu click on the accounts section.
3. Then select Security Settings
4. Click the button that says “Click Here to Enable”
5. Press get started
6. Open your authenticator app you installed on your required device
7. Scan the QR CODE or enter the code manually
8. Enter the authentication code the app gives you
9. Press Submit

DISABLING TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION FOR YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Log in to the Client Portal.
2. In the menu click on the accounts section.
3. Then select Security Settings:
4. Click the button that says “Disable”
